2. Portfolio Licensing (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)
Public portfolio content (images, renders, case studies) is licensed under
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
- Attribution (BY): You must give appropriate credit to "3dpmw think2thing" and Kypriotis Panagiotis.
- NonCommercial (NC): You may not use the material for commercial purposes without a separate agreement.
- ShareAlike (SA): If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license.
Important: The CC license does NOT apply to commercial engineering services.
It covers only the public portfolio display content for non-commercial reference and educational purposes.
3. Commercial Services & Client Agreements
All engineering design, CAM programming, manufacturing, and consulting services are provided
strictly under private commercial agreements. The CC license does NOT cover:
- Custom CAD designs created for clients
- G-code and CAM toolpaths developed for specific projects
- Proprietary manufacturing methodologies
- Client-specific technical documentation
3.1 Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment upon project commencement and signed agreement.
- 50% final payment upon delivery and client approval.
- Work begins only after receipt of the initial 50% deposit.
- Final deliverables are released only after full payment clearance.

3.3 Deliverable Options
Clients may choose between two deliverable formats upon full payment:
Option A: Full CAD Ownership (Editable)
- Complete CAD files in editable format (.STEP, .IGES, or native format)
- Full technical drawings and documentation
- Client gains full ownership and modification rights
- Client may engage other design firms for modifications
- Ideal for: Clients who need ongoing design flexibility
Option B: Locked Prototype Code (Print-Only)
- G-code / CAM toolpaths provided in locked/encrypted format
- Suitable for direct execution on CNC/3D printing equipment
- Modification and reverse engineering strictly prohibited
- Protects proprietary manufacturing methodologies and know-how
- Ideal for: Clients who need production files without design access
4. Copyright & Trademark Protection
The following assets are protected under Greek and International Intellectual Property Law:
- "3dpmw" — Registered as business name in ΓΕΜΗ (General Commercial Registry)
- "think2thing" — Slogan and brand identifier, trademark application pending at OBI (Hellenic Industrial Property Organization)
- Logo and Visual Identity — Protected by automatic copyright upon creation
- Website Code and Design — Original work protected by copyright
- Custom Client Work — Governed by individual commercial contracts

5. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
• Designs provided "as-is" based on client specifications
• Client responsible for final fit, form, and function testing
• 3dpmw think2thing not liable for downstream manufacturing errors
caused by client modifications to delivered files
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
• Both parties agree to maintain project confidentiality
• 3dpmw think2thing may display anonymized portfolio samples
unless client opts for NDA (additional €_____)
